Why Google Search blocked all results?

Google warning interstitial: Visiting this web site may harm your computer! Is it a virus or a Google power demonstration that should show us the internet without Google Search?

LE: The blocking demonstration is not only for english content on google.com. Also all spanish based Google search engines are down. Este sitio puede danar tu equipo

Human error: This is the final edit of this article. It was a simple and human error, said Google, and this Google glitch causes confusion, said StopBadware.org. The internet is safe now. :-)

Few hours ago, Google changed its main page, inserting under each and every result a “This site may harm your computer.” link.

As this seemed to be too easy, Google changed also the links to all results websites. This being told, picking and clicking any search result will redirect you to an interstitial page that will block everything and let you with only 2 suggestions.
1. Return to the previous page and pick another result.
2. Try another search to find what you’re looking for.

As far as I can see, StopBadware.org, the website recommended by Google interstitial page to help me in this matter and give me more info about the fact that I cannot view a specific page, is down. Also it has a curious Whois.

Later Edit: Everything is ok now… Google stopped showing “This site may harm your computer.” link and interstitial page.

So you have heard a lot of stories about duplicate content, about the fact that Google may index your content twice, once with www and once without.

As far as I seen it, Google did indexed downloadwin.com twice and I have updated about 2 minutes ago the .htaccess file with this lines:

Say hello to feedburner.google.com

About 10 days ago I tried to move my feedburner feeds to its new location. As you already know, I was blocked by some error message related to one of my feeds being in use. Today, Feedburner replied:

Hello,

We’ve resolved the conflict on our side. You should try migrating again, and it should work this time. Thanks for your patience.

Thanks for contacting the FeedBurner team

Windows 7 Beta - everything started 13 years ago

The beta release of the last Microsoft operating system, Windows 7, can be downloaded since yesterday on downloadwin.com also. You have both versions available to download, review or comment:

- Windows 7 Beta, 32-bit
- Windows 7 Beta, 64-bit

The download pages contains also the Windows 7 Beta serials that Microsoft offered with the .iso files. To install Windows 7 Beta you will need to burn the .iso file on a cd. I recommend Nero 9.2.6.0, one of the world’s most trusted integrated digital media and home entertainment software suite.

The usability improvements or the fact that it consume less resources than Vista, the touch screen features, speech and handwriting recognition are not the reason for this article. Reading about Windows 7 Beta, I realised one thing that no one said anything. It requires 16G hard-disk space!

I’m buying ads! Who wants to sell?

I need to find the best websites to display downloadwin.com banners so I came up with this 2 types of needs.

Downloadwin.com’s needs

DownloadWin.com needs (in terms of editor’s profile) early adopters, bloggers are preferred (thinking about blogs like a good tool to back-link to their own generated content), good online readers (needed for research), enough free time to write about software and take a good attention to details.

Also, downloadwin.com needs internet users that must understand that this things may happen:

No more FeedBurner Accounts. Say hello to Google Accounts!

Few days ago I have noticed a announcement bar inside my FeedBurner account.

Hey! We are moving FeedBurner accounts to Google. Learn more or Move your account now.

Clicking on “Move your account now” is not a valid option. I’m getting an ugly error message without any explanation. The following feed URIs are already in use.
